The Consolia® system modules
The CONSOLIA® system is a comprehensive tool that allows to significantly facilitate financial statements consolidation process and makes it clearer. The system consists of the following modules:

Consolidation and Reporting module
The module enables preparation of complete individual financial statements of the parent company and subsidiaries as well as complete consolidated financial statements. The module provides the possibility to perform internal compliance tests (data accuracy) in the following scopes:
- individual financial statements (compliance of data from notes with the figures provided in main items of the statements),
- consolidation adjustments (consistency of transactions within a capital group in a given period),
- consolidated financial statements (compliance of data from notes with the figures provided in main items of the statements).
The system enables creation of a financial statements template in accordance with the provisions of the Accounting Act or International Financial Reporting Standards.
The entire process results in the possibility to automatically update the MS Word file containing the financial statements to the financial data agreed in Consolia which is specific for the selected financial statements.

Reporting Module
- Consolidated financial statements
- Individual financial statements
- Business reports
- The Report of the Management Board (Directors’ Report)
- XBRL reports
- Reports for banks and other recipients

Assets module
The module supports full recording of fixed assets and intangible assets for consolidation purposes. It enables accounting of operations where fixed assets are devolved between companies of a group by sale or in-kind contributions.
The module collects information about the margin on such transactions, enables accounting of the depreciation for consolidation purposes and the sale or liquidation of such assets outside the group. The module is fully integrated with the Consolidation and Reporting module

Investments module
The module allows to handle such transactions in which one company of the group performs investment tasks for another company of the group. The module is fed with data on the costs of tasks performed within the group and on the sales value of these tasks between companies. As a result, the algorithm for booking margins on intra-group investments has been fully automated, also for multi-annual and multi-stage tasks.
The module is dedicated to accounting of investments that remain in a group as fixed assets. In order to continue the accounting process, it was fully integrated with the Fixed Assets Module. The module is also applicable to booking of investments that are sold outside a group as part of the development activity.

Backoffice module
Consolia Backoffice is an auxiliary application, dedicated to the administration of user rights, companies within a capital group and glossary data. It enables parameterization of user access to the application (multi-aspect approach), defining the composition of a given capital group and establishing reporting periods.
Consolia® System has optimized the reporting process in the Group. The App Trend company is a reliable contractor which duly performs the entrusted tasks. We assess the Team involved in the implementation of the System as professional and having high experience in this type of implementations. The system was implemented on time.
